Membership
Conditions:
Single Parent memberships stipulate that there is only one parent
in the home
Adult memberships stipulate a single adult, aged 18 or over, out
of college
Couple memberships stipulate a single adult, aged 18 or over, out
of college
Couple memberships permit a married couple to have children under
five years of age
Family memberships stipulate all household members to include parents
Senior couple and senior single memberships stipulate age 62 and
over
Any membership resumed less than 12 months after the last active
date will be required to pay for all months between end of previous
membership and start of new membership (Example: member joins in
June, quits in August. If member wants to rejoin in January, they
will need to pay for September, October, November, and December)
Membership
Policies
All persons entering the center are required to sign in and out
Changing type of membership will result in a fee of $10.00 (ex.
single to couple)
Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 3 months for health
reasons only, limit one time per year. This hold is subject to a
$15.00 fee
Monthly dues are to be paid by the 10th of each month. If dues are
not paid by this time, you will be charged an admission fee to enter
There is a $20.00 fee on all returned drafts
Reservations
Reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance for lock-ins, birthdays,
reunions, or school parties
$200 deposit required at time of reservation for lock-ins
Birthday parties & School parties: $5.00/person to include bowling
lanes. There is a 2 hour limit. $3.50/person not to include the
bowling. Reservations have priority over walk-ins
Aerobics room can be reserved for $8.00 an hour for meetings, parties,
etc.

Activity Center Rules
1. Children in Elementary must be accompanied by someone at least
16 yrs. of age
2. No cursing! No roller-blades
3. The WAC is not responsible for accidents
4. Radios and CD players are only allowed with ear phones. No loud
music
5. Non-marking tennis shoes and soft soled shoes only
6. Shirts must be worn at all times
7. Persons with sagging shorts or sweats will be asked once to pull
them up, the second offense will result in ejection from the WAC
8. Neither children nor adults may enter the dressing room of the
opposite sex at any time
9. Dressing rooms should be cleaned and picked up at all times
10. The member or guest is fully responsible for all personal belongings
brought into the WAC. The WAC is not responsible for any loss, theft,
or damage of personal belongings
11. There is no charge for lockers. Users will need to pick up a
key and lock at the front desk
12. Lockers are for day use only. Lockers must be cleaned after
use
13. Lockers are assigned on a first come basis
14. Lockers occupied without the permission of the WAC will be confiscated
15. Lost keys and locks must be replaced by the holder at a cost
of $5.00
16. Volleyball and Racquetball equipment must be checked out and
in
17. Bowling shoes must be worn by everyone on the approach, except
for small children, only if we do not have their shoe size
18. Lofting of bowling balls is prohibited
19. Bowling balls should be returned to racks after use
20. Make sure sweep has returned to the proper position before beginning
your approach
21. Racquetball equipment must be checked out and in
22. The WAC suggests wearing protective eyewear. You may check goggles
out at the front desk
23. Users must be a freshman in high school or accompanied by an
adult to enter the weight room
24. Free weight users must have a spotter
25. Equipment must remain in specific areas. Weights should be returned
to racks
26. No slamming or dropping of weights
27. Users should be courteous to other users of the weight room
28. Harness must be worn on climbing wall at all times. Must have
a certified spotter
29. No outside equipment may be used in batting cages
30. Helmets must be worn at all times in batting cages
31. Only one person in the batting cage at a time
32. Aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult to use batting
cages
33. Only tokens can be used for batting cages. These can be purchased
at the front desk
